These terms govern the use of netikstudio.com. By browsing it you accept them. They do not govern engagements: those are the subject of a separate contract.
What the site is for
This site presents the services of Netik Studio. Its content is provided for information. It is neither a contractual offer, nor professional advice, nor a guarantee of results.
Nothing is sold and no payment is taken on this site. No prices are published: every quote is prepared case by case, in writing, and binds the parties only once accepted.
Intellectual property
The text, code, visual compositions, mark and wordmark appearing on this site belong to Netik Studio unless stated otherwise — see the credits in the legal notice for what is borrowed under licence.
You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reproduction, adaptation or exploitation, commercial in particular, requires our prior written permission.
Work produced for a client is assigned to that client under the contract between us, never under this page.
Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to:
- extract its content at scale by automated scraping;
- attempt to compromise its security, availability or integrity;
- introduce malicious code;
- impersonate Netik Studio or imply an affiliation that does not exist;
- send unsolicited commercial messages through the form.
The projects shown
The projects in the Work section are concept pieces created to illustrate our approach. They do not represent completed engagements and none corresponds to a real client. This page says so because the section itself says so: we do not display invented clients.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available, accurate and current, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We may change it, suspend it or withdraw part of it at any time, without notice.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, we exclude any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law permits, Netik Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it — lost profit, lost data, business interruption.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Québec, subject to mandatory rules designating another forum.
Language
This site and these terms exist in French and in English. Where the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
