I come from finance. Analysing a business, understanding its margins and the decisions that genuinely drive its growth: that is the trade I learned first, and it is the way of thinking I bring to the web.

It depends on the number of pages, how much content has to be produced, and the features involved. A polished marketing site for a small business and a full redesign with a design system are not comparable. We set a fixed price after the first call, before any work starts - no hourly billing that drifts.
Two weeks when everything lines up from the start: copy ready, photos available, decisions made quickly. Two to four weeks in most cases, with good collaboration on your side. What stretches a timeline is almost never technical, it is content.
Yes. Hosting is part of the monthly support, along with the domain name, the security certificate, backups and monitoring. You can also host elsewhere if you prefer - the site is yours.
Changes go through us: that is what keeps the site coherent, fast and free of surprises over time. Small content requests are included in the monthly support and handled quickly. And if you ever decide to leave, you leave with your site's files. They are yours.
Yes. The studio is based in Quebec City and much of the work happens remotely. We are glad to meet clients in the region in person when it helps the project.
That is a good part of our work. We start by looking at what already works - the content, the search ranking you have earned, the pages that convert - and we keep it. Old addresses are redirected so you do not lose your position.
Revisions are part of the design stage, before development. We agree on the visual direction and the mockups with you; nothing gets built until you are satisfied. That is precisely why design comes before code.
